4 Forceful Messages on Impacting Our Happiness Today

Fascinating, yet completely true, I was struck by a commercial that, in some senses, was very striking. Let me explain…

Meandering

The ad begins on the pond, with a man and a woman just floating, not a care in the world, just meandering. They seemed very content, very at peace, very serene.

And as the ad continues, the graphic slow motion slowly appears and to the top left of the screen scrolls “T…..I……M…..E…..”.  As the music crescendo suddenly the announcer in a quiet hush says (approximately,) “Time… You have a finite amount of time in your life.”

Now remember, it was only an advertisement. Artificial fluff, yet useful. And most noteworthy, to promoting a product or service that we don’t even need, want or appreciate in any way. However, this 30-second commercial, I paused and took a larger view on the broadcaster who, once again, declares I possessed a finite time in my life.

Little Advertisement Really Meant

So, as my mind reels on ramifications of what that little advertisement really meant, beyond the glitz and razzle-dazzle of the slick promotion, I conjured up ideas that life is very fragile indeed. More impactful even still, is the understanding that all of us captivates a fleet of minutes to make an impact on our attitude.

Thus, questions bounce off randomly abound like:

  • Does one improve oneself in the field of one’s profession to grow and excel?
  • Can one be passionate about the specific impression or feeling and seize the moment to make it even more powerful or beautiful?
  • Can one be gravitated to learn? To try? To fundamentally succeed on a new and daunting breakthrough concept that one didn’t even imagine except in one’s aspirations?
  • Committed one’s ability to enrich our cocoon and devise a bold and conceptually new concept?

To Outstripping and Be Extraordinary

In conclusion, we all percolate our outstanding revelations by taking the first step and preparing ourselves to exceed our life. To outstripping our average capacity and be extraordinary. Don’t think about the consequences sporadically, but be confident that we will succeed and succeed fully.

Hence, a finite time in one’s life; not in our watch, not yet.
