In communications, whether it is articles, blogging or any type of social media (except for video,) you don’t know if our tone of voice, inflection, gestures, even pantomime, is very forceful, very benign or something in between. However, to apply oomph to raise a point would be a powerful tool indeed.

Positively persistence moves the needle in the decisive direction if we can grasped the little intonations of another person and use them to our advantage. It is a little line to master between sap or overbearing, yet very gratifying if we get the hang of it.
